1. Member Code of Conduct

We prioritize a culture of mutual respect and inclusivity.

• General Respect: Please be considerate of others. Excessive noise, shouting, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.

• Zero Tolerance Policy: We maintain a zero-tolerance stance against harassment, bullying, or any form of discrimination.

• Inclusive Environment: All members must respect the diversity of our community.

• Aggressive Behavior: Violence or aggression will result in the immediate termination of your membership without a refund.

2. Facility Etiquette & Equipment Use

Maintaining a clean and organized gym is a collective responsibility.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Wipe Down: Always sanitize equipment after use using the provided wipes.

• Organization: Leave the facility as you found it—clean and orderly.

Equipment Safety

• Proper Usage: Use all machinery in a safe and responsible manner. If you are unsure how to operate a machine, please consult our staff.

• Weight Room Etiquette: Return all dumbbells, barbells, and plates to their designated racks immediately after use.

• Cardio Time Limits: During peak hours, please limit cardio machine usage to 30 minutes if other members are waiting.

3. Dress Code & Personal Property

Safety and security are our top priorities.

Required Attire

• Appropriate Gear: Proper workout clothing and closed-toe athletic shoes must be worn at all times.

• Prohibited Items: For safety reasons, jeans, sandals, or open-toed shoes are not allowed in the workout zones.

Lockers & Liability

• Storage: Secure your belongings in the provided lockers.

• Liability: Avenue Fitness is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.

• Supervision: Do not leave bags or personal items unattended on the gym floor.

4. Amenities & Services

We offer additional services to enhance your workout experience.

• Towel & Locker Rental: Available for a refundable 100k deposit.

• Return Policy: Place used towels in the designated bins. Your deposit will be returned at the front desk after your session.
