Cancellations require 30 days notice, and fees may apply depending on your contract type. Memberships can also be frozen for valid reasons — illness, travel, or personal circumstances — for up to 3 months per calendar year. If you’re unsure about anything before signing up, our team is happy to walk you through your options.
