Is this event beginner-friendly for casual runners?

Yes, absolutely! Avenue Runaround Japan focuses on a scenic and community running experience with an easy, conversational pace. The 5KM routes are designed for runners to comfortably absorb Japanese landscapes and culture, fully supported by pacing marshals and event photographers.

What is the onsen policy for runners with tattoos?

The onsen facility at Oike Hotel (Lake Kawaguchi) selected for our group is 100% Tattoo-Friendly. All participants can freely soak and recover without any tattoo restrictions or concerns.

How does registration and payment confirmation work?

Registration for Avenue Runaround Japan 2026 is officially closed as the deadline has passed (15 October 2026). For runners who have previously submitted their registration form, our Avenue Fitness representative will contact you directly to verify documentation and finalized invoice details.

When does the 1-Year Avenue Fitness Membership start?

Your 1-Year Avenue Fitness Membership is activated immediately upon registration and payment confirmation, giving you full gym access to train and prepare before departing for Japan. (Note: The 1-Year Membership is included with Early Bird and Regular Individual rates, but is excluded from the Community Bundling package).

What are the terms for the Community Bundling (5 Runners / IDR 80,000,000)?

The Community Bundling package is designed for running clubs and runner squads of 5 participants at IDR 80,000,000 total (only IDR 16,000,000 / runner, saving IDR 45,000,000 overall). Only 1 team representative needs to submit the registration form for the group. All 5 participants receive round-trip flights, 3 nights hotel accommodation, full running route access, onsen entry, and official merchandise packs. Under this discounted squad rate, the 1-Year Avenue Fitness Membership is not included.
